Cook County is on pace to record at least 30,000 and as many as 36,000 foreclosure filings this year.

    This may actually hurt the real estate industry. I’d like to suggest if they could just take a look at mortgage for bad credit. Apparently, this allows them to obtain a remortgage even if they don’t have great credit score perhaps of default payments. This may perhaps avoid foreclosures.
