With Drive Score, buyers can see how close establishments are by car. Homes are often located in an area where restaurants, libraries, grocery stores, hospitals and other businesses are easier to get to by car than on foot.

How does it work?

The greater number of businesses nearby, the higher the Drive Score. It is really very important for home buyers to be aware of nearby infrastructure to make their choice. This option will enable home buyers make searches with much more confidence. Directions are available by clicking on any icon shown on the map.

60646 receives a drive score of 76 out of 100, which according to the company is a “very good” score (“excellent” would be a score of 90-100). But again, not unlike Walk Score, 60646 is too broad a geography. A specific address will work best here.
