What I neglected to mention though is that some of the items on the menu are modified versions of Middle Eastern favorites. For example, what the appetizer section of the all-you-can-eat menu calls &quot;Eggplant Caponatto&quot;, is ... Hummus. Served along with warm pita bread. But not your typical run-of-the-mill hummus that you&#039;re served in any average Middle Eastern restaurant. This is Brazilian-style hummus, if there is any such thing. I&#039;m talking tart, tangy, and quite limey. Just lovely stuff. Also, they do have an a-la-carte menu.</description>
